For people living in Seoul, subway stations are spaces that are part of everyday life. Therefore, they are very common, stable, and conservative. To people, subway stations are like the air itself. If one day, that air reaches people with its subtle fragrance, their daily lives can be enriched for a moment. It is a challenge for a large city to plan and attempt such a project. It is also a challenge for an interior designer to participate in a public project that inspires and energizes so many people. "Runner Station" was completed with these challenges in mind. And Runner Station has become a new wave of public spaces in Seoul.
